Initially ASPACER regrets the fact be attributed solely to the ceramic sector and clay extraction wear on urban roads, bridges and rural roads, when it is public knowledge that these spaces are also used to transport raw materials and finished products from other economic activities, particularly in the sector of sugarcane.
It should be noted that in relation to the case of transport of finished products (flooring, tiles, ceramic inserts and tracks), this activity is the responsibility of the buyers of these products, as the retailer of building materials or final consumers. The ceramic tile industry does not perform the transportation of finished products.
It is noteworthy that each municipality has the power to legislate and oversee the transportation of cargo in their respective area of coverage, and via-to-rule the transport of raw material of the ceramic segment follows strictly the law.
Transgression exceptional cases the traffic laws, shall be supervised and exemplary sued by the competent authorities.
Since 2009, ASPACER leads the polls by the State Government to obtain the paving of approximately 16 km of roads in Rio Claro municipalities and Santa Gertrudes. According to information obtained from the DER (Department of Roads) of the State of São Paulo, the technical designs of the paving of local roads have been completed, and work now focuses on obtaining environmental licenses of these works step that before the realization the bids for the execution of paving services.
The ordinary citizen and the Brazilian productive sector are harshly punished by the tax policy of our country.
Focus on the taxpayer, directly or indirectly, and the Brazilian industrial production and ore extraction, such as clay, city, state and federal nature taxes such as property tax, property taxes, GST, ITR, PIS, COFINS, ISS among dozens of other taxes, as well as CFEM (Financial Compensation for Exploration of Mineral Resources).
Therefore, with this tax scenario that penalizes citizens and the business community, it is evident that should not lack financial resources to the government, be it local, state or federal, fulfilling its role in the construction and maintenance of roads transport.
Despite this framework, the ceramic coating industry has always sought to collaborate with the regional community, investing in the human and financial resources possibilities to recover access roads and bridges in the region.
When generating jobs, income, developing human resources in our industry, levy taxes and take to the world the name of the cities that make up the ceramic pole, the ASPACER reaffirms its commitment to the full economic and social development of the region, counting on the important role of municipalities in the execution of works and services that can ensure growth of business activities and well-being.
To complete the ASPACER remains at the disposal of local governments in the region, so that together, productive and municipalities sector, can exercise convicting work of the State and the Union on the need for infrastructure investment in our region.
