Cooperative ASPACER: special meeting is held 5m41q

On 17 August, it was held an Extraordinary General Meeting for the approval of status changes based on the expansion project of the Cooperative CoopBMC presented to the Central Bank. Unanimously approved the name change to Mutual Credit Cooperative of Officials of Ceramics Companies – CoopASPACER as well as the change of address for the headquarters of the Association in Santa Gertrudes. The Assembly’s registration documents will now be submitted for review and approval in accordance with the Cecresp Central and later the Central Bank of Brazil. The completion of this process should take about 60 days, during ASPACER will be meeting with officials of member companies for disclosure and clarification on the operation of the Cooperative.
